It started all in 1948, when Hans Angele (1922-2016), the grandfather of the current owner, founded his small workshop for agricultural machinery.
Everything that was needed in the village was repaired or produced. Even then Angele was bursting with ideas – Ferguson farm tractors were imported from England, loading cranes for dung were developed, trailers and cars were converted into mobile workshops.
In 1988, with the age of 66, Hans Angele handed the company over to his son Johannes Angele.
With the new generation and the beginning of the energy revolution came new ideas and products.
With Johannes Angele various new products were developed.
This was also the time when the production of fastenings for solar systems began.
Now we are specialized as supplierr for blacksmiths. Our product range is constantly expanding.
Meanwhile, with a team of 10 employees, we ensure that our customers receive professional advice and that our products are shipped as quickly as possible all over the world…
Casting is an ideal complement to forging and offers a wide range of craftsmanship opportunities. For this reason, we expanded our product range a few years ago.
Artisanal casting is also the technique of choice when it comes to restorations to restore small series of parts that are no longer available.
In 2017, Niklas Wespel, the founder’s grandson, joined the company.
The continuation as a family business is secured in the third generation and the ideas are not running out!
